Terms & Conditions
On-site Consulting & Coaching Contracts
- All consulting contracts are bespoke and are quoted on daily-rate basis for the period of time agreed.
- A contract of deliverables will be created with the client.
- Business expenses associated with the contract are not included but can be requested within the daily rate.
- A deposit is required at the start of the contract, to offset any late payments and will be deducted from the final invoice.
- All invoices are payable within 14 days of issue date.
- Cancellation of contract:
- A minimum of one month’s notice is required from either party for short-term contracts of up to 3 months.
- Two months-notice is required for longer term contracts.
Telephone Coaching & Empowerment
- A call date and time will be scheduled with you and a number will be given to call Julie. Please call on time as there may be other calls following you.
- All calls are carried out in the highest integrity & confidentiality.
- A code of mutual courtesy & human respect must be honoured.
- All telephone sessions are payable at the time of booking.
- Cancelled sessions can be re-arranged with 48 hours’ notice.
- Refunds are not policy. Only on a discretionary basis.
